I’m Staking My Entire Career on This One Idea

This past week I attended a Family Wealth Office Summit in Santa Monica, California.
Family wealth offices are typically set up when your net worth exceeds $50 million. Mine is not there yet, and not even close, but I wanted to know what the world’s wealthiest families were up to so I could share it with you.
The idea that there are investments exclusively for the wealthy never sat well with me, which is why I’ve always sought after mimicking the rich from habits to investments. It’s something that has worked out well for me in my own personal life, and I’m always looking to grow and expand my knowledge further to continue benefiting from this practice.
Like us, the main focus on the family wealth offices at this summit was on investing for cash flow, mainly in the U.S. commercial real estate market through equity investing (FundRise.com), providing loans (PeerStreet.com), or multi-family and retail (RealtyMogul.com).
However, when it comes to where the wealthy are positioning for the biggest gains, they were specifically looking to internationalize their cannabis investments.
This conference, which had some fairly significant investors and institutions, had a strong consensus that the U.S. would be fully legal within the next 36 months or sooner.
Globally, it’s already happening.
Like we predicted after the last election, the 2020 Presidential Election will put both President Trump and whoever runs against him in favor of decriminalizing cannabis.
The majority of Americans favor it, and ALL the swing states have some form of legalization. In fact, we’re literally down to just 4 states that don’t have some sort of cannabis legalization.
Even Texas has a few medical dispensaries now.
Tonight, I want to share some numbers with you that I received directly from the conference.
I believe the opportunity in the cannabis space is something we may never see again; it’s as if we get a second shot at the Dotcom bull market and ultimate bubble.
It’s 1988 for cannabis – this party hasn’t even started yet.
